KJD’s corporate finance expertise is drawn from many years of experience in acting for vendors, purchasers, management teams, owner managers and venture capital and other funding institutions at all levels. The KJD Debt Recovery Unit has for many years serviced clients’ debt recovery needs locally, nationally and internationally. The 2004 Legal 500 recommends KJD’s debt recovery services. The unit is staffed by experienced fee earners at all levels, who are fully conversant with all aspects of High Court and County Court debt recovery and enforcement procedures. The Unit also has specialist knowledge of bankruptcy and company winding up procedures.
Continual development ensures the latest debt recovery software is used to assist the quick and efficient collection of debts, whilst keeping personal contact with clients. KJD’s debt unit is able to supply a full debt recovery service tailored to each of our Clients’ specific needs and allows them to standardise their fees for undefended and bulk debt recovery.
The debt unit forms an integral part of the dispute resolution department (also recommended by the Legal 500 and any debts that become disputed have the support and resources of the whole department to assist in resolution.
