Our core service is to provide advice and practical assistance to businesses that are experiencing external pressures which are threatening their existence.
However, within that large and general remit, we can categorise three product types:
Fund Raising
We are in touch with Lenders who provide loans, leases and invoice discounting to the type of clients that we have.
We have a database of Business Angels, who are particularly interested in rescue situations.
The service is available to an introducer who, perhaps himself, is advising his client through the rescue process.
It is common for us to seek funding for phoenix companies or MBO's, in order to purchase IPR and assets from a Receiver or Liquidator.
Our fee structure for fund raising is a mixture of initial retainer and success upon introducing finance.
Turnaround Management
Often, our client does not qualify for funding, either from Lenders or Angels, as his debt burden is excessive. We will look to restructure the business through a CVA, IVA or Administration Order with the assistance of one of the Insolvency Practitioners from our database.
We can then approach Lenders and Angels, to support the stable business. We are welcomed by Banks and Landlords who can see their assets being underpinned by our intervention.
We leave the Reporting Accountancy work to the Accountants, but we are able to act as interim managers for a business in a formal or informal administration.
Our fee structure for turnaround work is an initial retainer to include the IP’s deposit for costs and success upon introducing finance at a later stage.
Business Performance
We are a "people" business where relationships develop between our associates and our clients. We are often asked to stay with the client after our transactional work is completed and we have developed a performance improvement model to ensure that our client takes advantage of his stable situation. This can be a Financial role or an holistic package based upon the EFQM, Business Excellence Model.
Our fee structure for non-executive management is by monthly retainers.
