Most of our Clients, and indeed our Investors, are introduced to us by our professional contacts, and we particularly value these relationships. We aim to focus on what we do best - helping clients to stabilise and secure their business, often with lending or investments from our funding sources. This leaves our professional contacts to develop their own longer term relationships with their Clients.

We welcome introductions and referrals and will always discuss a particular case to see if there is a possible solution.
Marshvale Corporate Services Ltd can help where we believe that there is a longer term future for the business. We are emphatically not Insolvency Practitioners.
Your high net worth clients will see a wide range of investment proposals, providing you with opportunities to broaden the range of services which you can offer them.

Undertake Due Diligence
Act as Reporting Accountants
Act as Administrators in any official capacity
SECURED LENDERS: Banks, Invoice Discounters, Leasors
If you have defaulting Clients, then we may be able to stabilise the situation and avoid Receivership.
We will endeavour to ensure that you are kept informed of progress at all relevant times. This is particularly important if you happen to hold a debenture with the Client.
We may be able to replace or purchase your debt.
SHAREHOLDERS: VC's, Private Investors
We may be an alternative to you cutting your losses or providing further funding.
INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONERS:
If your Client can be rescued with additional finance, we may be able to help you. Our funders can put money into Administrations, Receiverships and CVA's.
If you have potential MBO teams, then we have access to equity investment to help them.
