.jpg) We have a special sub-group of investors, who understand the rescue market and can see opportunities for them to add experience and value alongside capital, to turnaround businesses.
Our clients cover the full range of sectors, stage of development, location and amount of capital needed. Almost invariably they will need the skills and experience that we hope our investors can offer them.
Due to time constraints, we are not always able to provide detailed histories or business plans, but we will introduce the projects at the earliest opportunity, thus enabling the investor to become part of the process and to have an influence upon outcomes. This is particularly useful in buy-outs from receivership.
Turnaround opportunities have some excellent features over normal projects.
Often there are balance sheet assets to be acquired at a discount.
The past management failings can be analysed with solutions found and controls put into place.
The management will have relevant operational experience.
The market will be known and demand will be measureable.
We take time through personal contact to understand your own investment needs, so that, immediately we see a business that we think would be particularly relevant to you, we can contact you.
Our service is free to our investors, but you must be able to demonstrate to us that you are sufficiently experienced to understand the risks associated with the SME market place, and that you have at least £100,000 available for these investments.
We do not give investment advice, nor do we undertake due diligence on our clients – this must be entirely a matter for you. You should always seek the necessary legal, tax and other appropriate independent advice before investing in our clients.
